That's why many practitioners continue practicing Aikido into their old age.
 

What You Get

Why not come down and have a go, in this short course designed to give beginners a taster of what it's like to do Aikido. You'll be learning with other beginners, so there's no need to feel self-conscious, the course goes for four weeks, and there's no obligation to sign up after. But best of all? This course is cheap as chips, it's only $80, and there're two classes per week, so thats only $10 bucks a class. You don't need a uniform or any other equipment, just an eagerness to learn and try something new.
 
The course will cover all the basics of Aikido, including basic stances and techniques, an introduction to the etiquette of training in a traditional dojo, falling skills and self defence applications.The Shudokan has a team of fully-qualified, passionate, male and female instructors, who will make sure you get high-quality personal instruction throughout the course.
